Start eating more Omega 3 oil

Generally we eat too much omega 6 and we eat too little Omega 3. This creates inflammation in the body. We need both Omega 6 and Omega 3 but the problem is that we eat way to much Omega 6. High levels of Omega 6 fatty acids are found in sunflower oil, corn oil and soy bean oils. Avoid these oils and products. They are included in french fries, potatoe chips, "plastic" margarines and many more foods. We should eat less of these oils.
