Tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin. When your body produces serotonin it uses Tryptophan.

I often boil a large saucepan of herbal tea. I put it on the stove and boil it late at night. Then before I go to bed I take it off the stove and let it steep during the night.
In the morning, the tea is cold and I put it in the refrigerator. Then I have perhaps 7 liters of ice tea whenever I want. sometimes I put Stevia in it, sometimes a little lemon.
sometimes some home made lemonade, ok after all I like sugar. But most often I just drink it without sweeteners. It's so cold and fresh when it comes directly from the refrigerator.

Sugar addiction and candida yeast infection
The sugar consumtion is to big in today's world and it causes many diseases.
We also consume a lot sugar by drinks: soft drinks, energy drinks, milkshakes, small juices, sodas and such. Perhaps you need to cut down on all the sugar you drink?

Many are those who are slaves under cocaine and other drugs, not all famous smiling people are happy.
Much wants more.
Try to be happy with what you have. Get a distance from the media buzz. Turn off your TV and social media for a while. Get out and take a short walk instead. Leave the smart phone home.
